Refund Policy

At REPLENISH | MODE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

• The product must not have been used or opened.

• The product must be returned with valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.

• The product must be delivered to you to issue a refund (not in transit).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@replenishmode.com. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back to us.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions above. If it does, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

• All returns are subject to approval and must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

To possibly qualify for an order cancellation, you must contact us via email within 5 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already have been processed, and cancellation might not be possible.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time free exchange service for all paid purchases, excluding sale or promotional items. If you accept the exchange, all future refund requests for that order will be forfeited.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately with proof (e.g. photos). We will send a replacement if we determine it was a shipping or product error. However, if you damage the product during use, refunds will not be granted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care goods (beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

• Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If the merchandise is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in the same condition as received (unworn/unused, with original packaging). You must also provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.)
